PURPOSE:To attain simple and inexpensive system constitution by sending message information or command information in a radio wave, receiving the information and displaying the message information or the command information on a non-portable message display panel. CONSTITUTION:A signal sent from a base station is received by a radio circuit 2 via an antenna 1, demodulated by a demodulation circuit 3 and introduced to a control circuit 4. A code collation means 41 of the circuit 4 collates an individual number code inserted in a demodulation selective call signal with an individual number code of its own equipment stored in advance in an ID- ROM 5. When the means 41 detects the coincidence of the codes, a display control means 43 gives message information decoded by a message decoding means 42 on a display panel 7. The panel 7 displays the message information and generates and annunciates an audible tone from a speaker 9 via a drive circuit 8. Thus, the installation of a wired line is not required and the display panel is able to be installed to any position. |
