PURPOSE:To facilitate the uniform mixture of a raw material to be pulverized and external additives by feeding the both to fast gas and making them strike on a collision plate. CONSTITUTION:Roughly pulverized toner particles 1 are fed from a microfeeder (a), passed through a classifying means (e), and then pulverized by a pulverizing means (d). At the time, the external additives 2 such as hydrophobic silica are fed to the high-pressure air from a feed port g2 and accelerated, and then made to strike on the toner particles, and the collision plate 3 and its periphery, thereby fixing the external additives 2 on the surfaces of the toner particles. The pulverized toner particles pass through a connecting pipe (i) and toner which reach specific particle size is sent by the means (e) to a cyclone (b). Further, the external additives 2 can be fed from a feed port g3, and dispersed and mixed with the toner particle 1 mildly and the external additives 2 can be fed from the feed ports g2 and g3 at the same time. |
