<p>PURPOSE:To produce a significant reinforcing effect, to effectively utilize industrial waste and to obtain a high strength inorg. building material by adding pulp fibers and a compd. for increasing the solubility of calcium to a mixture consisting of cement, silica and blast furnace slag in a specified ratio, mixing and molding them and curing the molded body in an autoclave. CONSTITUTION:Pulp fibers are added to a hydraulicity blend by 2-5wt.%. The blend consists of cement, silica and blast furnace slag preferably having 10,000-12,000 cm<2>/g Blaine value in (6:3:1)-(3:3:4)blending ratio. A metallic salt for increasing the solubility of calcium in cement, e.g., BaCl2 or CaCl2 is added to the resulting mixture by 1-8wt.% and they are uniformly mixed, molded into a plate-shaped body and cured in an autoclave to obtain a high strength inorg. building material. Also, metallic salt is added to pulp fibers having 5-10% water content by 10-50wt.%, they are uniformly mixed and 2-5% of this mixture is mixed with 95-98% of the hydraulicity blend, molded, cured and hardened in an autoclave.</p> |
