PURPOSE:To suppress the expansion of the area of a circuit board in one direction and to make it possible to suppress the oscillation of circuits by a constitution wherein a detecting circuit part and a signal processing circuit part are independent, and both parts are formed on planes which are intersected at a specified angle. CONSTITUTION:A voltage applying common electrode is formed on one surface of a detecting circuit part 1 so that the surface faces a detector 2. Detecting elements 3 are continuously formed on the other surface at a constant pitch. The detecting circuit part 1 is fixed at the side of the common electrode with a conductive bonding agent on the upper surface of a detector board 4. A circuit board 8 is formed on a plane which is intersected with the line of the detector 2 of the circuit part 1. A plurality of signal processing circuit parts 9 facing the detector 2 are arranged on one or both surfaces. The mounting width of the circuit part is suppressed within the width H of the detector 2. In this way, the detector 2 can be arranged in a curved arc shape, crosstalk among the detecting elements 3 can be decreased and the oscillation of the circuits can be suppressed.
