PURPOSE:To obtain a composition with high permittivity having no lowering of insulation resistance even when the sintering operation is conducted in an extremely low partial pressure oxygen atmosphere lower than the equilibrium partial pressure oxygen of Ni and NiO by a method wherein, in the manufacture of laminated ceramic capacitor having internal electrode of Ni, the composition is formed in accordance with the specific compositional formula. CONSTITUTION:The title dielectric porcelain composition is indicated by the compositional formula {Bam(Ti1-xZrx)Oz+m}1-alpha-beta+{MnO2}alpha+{X}beta, and X consists of at least a kind or more selected from Yb2O3, Dy2O3 and ThO2, the composition having (m), (x), (alpha) and (beta) are within the range of 0.98<=m<=1.02, 0<=x<=0.2, 0.05<=alpha<=0.05 and 0.001<=beta<=0.02 is used. Also, the paste mainly composed of nickel oxide is printed on the green sheet consisting of the composition such as above- mentioned, an organic binder and the like, and the green sheet is laminated in the required number of sheets. Then, the laminated body is heated up, and after the organic binder and the like has been burnt, the nickel oxide is reduced to a metal by conducting a heat treatment in a reducing atmosphere, and besides, a laminated ceramic capacitor is manufactured by sintering the above-mentioned material in a nitrogen atmosphere. |
