摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain high insulation ability under high temperature conditions by providing a titanium containing metal layer formed on the outer surface of a copper containing base and an oxide insulation layer formed on the metal layer by sol-gel method. CONSTITUTION:A Ti film 11 is formed on the outer surface of a copper wire 10 and a silicon oxide film 12 is formed on the outer surface of the Ti film 11 by sol-gel method. That is, generation of an alloy layer at the border of the copper 10 and titanium 11 results in improvement in adhesion between the copper containing base 10 and the titanium containing metal layer 11. The oxide insulation layer 12 formed by the sol-gel method is ceramic oxide. Thus excellent heat resistant insulation at high temperature and good elasticity can be obtained.
