PURPOSE:To prevent defect due to void from occurring by a structure wherein a space part, which surrounds an operating member and can be evacuated, is provided and further sealing parts, which prevent gas from leaking, are provided onto the outer periphery of the operating member over the demain between the space part and the outside of an equipment. CONSTITUTION:An adapter 21, which is fixed with bolts 23 through an O-ring 22 to a valve casing 9, has a space part 21a, which surrounds a valve stem 13 and installed between an sealing part 14 and the outside of an equipment, and a discharge port 21b. A second sealing part 24 having packings 24b is fixed through an O-ring 25 to the valve casing 9. Further, the adapter 21 has a third sealing part having a packing 26a. Before and during the introduction of resin in a cavity 1a, a discharge flow path 11, a feed hose 6 and the cavity 1a are evacuated with a vacuum device. Simultaneously, the discharge port 21b of the space part 21a is connected to the vacuum device for vacuumization in order to keep the interior of a valve 5 and the pressure in the space part 21a at the same pressure level. Since no leakage of gas from the space part 21a to the interior of the valve 5 at the influx of liquid resin 4 in the cavity 1a produced by opening the valve 5 with the valve stem 13, no gas as void is entrapped in the liquid resin. |
