<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the manufacturing efficiency and heat-resistance by utilizing a resin compound made of polyethylene terephthalate resin and a polymer resin composed of the residual radicals of ethylene glycor, terephthalic acid and bisphenol A for an opening of a bottle. CONSTITUTION:A resin compound made of polyethylene terephthalate resin and polymer resin composed of the residual radicals of ethylene glycor, terephthalic acid and bisphenol A is used for the opening, or the bottom if required, of a plastic bottle mainly made of polyethylene terephthalate resin. Polyethylene terephthalate resin used for the bottle is a resin of polyethylene terephthalate resins and it may be a resin added by well-known additives such as short-fibriform glass fiber, coloring agents like anti-corrosive agents, for instance, at need, in an appropriate stage of producing polyester or a resin added by these additives in a so-called master batch treatment before molding. In this way, the manufacturing efficiency and heat-resistant property can be enhanced.</p> |
