<p>NEW MATERIAL:A 2-[[6-[2-(2-amino-4-thiazolyl)-2-(hydroxyimino)acetamido]-1,7- dioxo-3,4,5a,6-tetrahydro-1H,7H-azete[2,1-b]furo-[3,4-b][1,3]thiazin-3- yl]thio]ethanethiol expressed by formula I or salt thereof. USE:An antibacterial agent against Gram-negative bacteria. PREPARATION:A cephalosporin compound, having 1,3-dithiolan-2-yl group at the 3-position and expressed by formula II (R<1> represents H or amino-protecting group; R<2> represents H or OH-protecting group), is dissolved in a sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution and then treated with an ion-exchange resin.</p> |
