PURPOSE:To elevate reliability at the connection and to give sufficient allowance to the automatic design by a computer so as to improve yield rate by providing the connection in a simple shape, consisting of combination of a straight line and a circular arc, at the connection between a land and a conductor wiring. CONSTITUTION:The outer line shape in the width direction is stipulated by two straight lines of specified lengths, which are drawn, respectively, in parallel on both sides of a straight line which passes the center of the circle of a land 2. For these two straight lines, the dimensions of its interval are so stipulated so as to be larger than the width of a conductor wiring 3, and smaller than the diameter of the land 2. It turns out that the connection 8 wider than this wiring 3 exists between the land 2 and the wiring 3, so thermal stress is relaxed, and also even if accuracy in alignment drops a little, cutting of land is suppressed. Besides, since the shape of this connection is stipulated as almost rectangular, the transactions required for computer graphic is small, and application of computer graphic is easily possible, and enough high density advancement can be realized. |
