PURPOSE:To decrease bends of a steel plate by connecting a through part restraining guide and inlet side and outlet side restraining guides freely turnably and enlarging the width of the through part restraining guide from a roll bite part to the outlet side. CONSTITUTION:The inlet side and outlet side restraining guides 7, 8 are equipped directly near the inlet side and the outlet side of a horizontal rolling roll 1 on a side guide device of the rolling mill. Besides, the through part restraining guide 9 is provided so that it passes through the roll bite part of the horizontal rolling roll 1. Then, the through part restraining guide 9 and the inlet side and outlet side restraining guides 7, 8 are connected freely rotatably. The width of the through part restraining guide 9 is enlarged from the roll bite part to the outlet side. Consequently, slight bends, too, can be prevented from being generated in rolling the steel pate. |
