PURPOSE: To ensure higher productivity by positioning a guiding plate with a connecting wire, inserting a filling wire into plural holes that are positioned parallelly to the guiding plate, and inserting the wire into the opening of the wire jointed-band by means of a conveyor roller. CONSTITUTION: The end of a connecting wire 5 projecting at the edge of a wire jointed-band 2 is inserted into the guiding groove 21 of a guiding plate 13, with a press pad 22 faced downward, held and fixed, so that the positioning of the guiding plate 13 is completed. With a filling wire 9 inserted into plural inserting holes 14, it is accurately positioned at the opening 15 of the wire jointed-band 2. A conveyor roller 18 is lowered, brought into contact with the filling wire 9 exposed at the opening 15, rotated, sent in the direction 11 and pushed into the band 2. Since the filling wire 9 and the connecting wire 5 are simultaneously made insertable, production efficiency can be enhanced. |
