PURPOSE:To reduce a size by connecting a phase difference signal averaged by a low pass filter directly to a pulse width control loop of a switching power source. CONSTITUTION:A rotating speed controller of a motor 109 is composed of a shunt type regulator element, and has a pulse width controller 112, and further has a low pass filter 113. A phase difference signal through the filter 113 is output to a pulse width control loop connected with a switching element 105 to control the rotating speed of the motor 109. |
