PURPOSE:To clearly display the relative relation between a process variable and a limit value, by displaying the process variable for a meter image displayed on a display device with an alarm region and a marker. CONSTITUTION:In operating a console 1 and requesting the display of a plant to be monitored, corresponding fixed data such as a meter image Mi is picked up from a pattern table P/T 10 to a static display converter 2. A limit value li corresponding to the process variable and a pattern displaying an alarm region from a limit value table 9 and the P/T 10 to an alarm zone generator 12 and a lattice pattern ki corresponding to the li is displayed on a display device 8 via a converter 2 and a refresh memory 7a. X, Y coordinates are calculated from a process variable Zi at a converter 4 and a pattern P of a marker mi and color C0 are respectively stored to a display code memory 11 via a dynamic display converter 6. Thus, the monitor process variable Zi is displayed 8 on the image Mi with the mi together with an alarm storage pattern ki and the relative relation can be made clear. |
