PURPOSE:To omit the time to manually produce a job control sentence for start of a job and at the same time to decrease the editing omissions and mistakes by editing the data on a data dictionary into a job control sentence to start an optional job and carrying out the control sentence. CONSTITUTION:A text editing command file 5 holds an editing command for the text data. A text editing means 6 edits the text data stored in a 2nd file 9 in accordance with the command held in the file 5 to produce a job control sentence and gives this sentence to a 3rd file 8. As a result, the job control sentence is automatically produced and an editing job is carried out in a short time with no omission nor mistake.
