PURPOSE:To prevent transfer of water from a cooling tower to an absorption tower so as to keep the composition of solutions contained in the both towers constant by heating circulating absorption solution contained in a tank, and by controlling the exhaust gas at each outlet of cooling tower and absorption tower at the same temperature.
