<p>The composition contains at least one greasing agent chosen from the oligomer polyamic acids and the products resulting from partial or total imidization of said acids, formed by polycondensation of a polynuclear aromatic dianhydride with concatenated nuclei and possessing chains which end only in an anhydride group or its dicarboxylic acid form, or only in a primary amine group or in a neutral group formed by the reaction of a monofunctional primary amine on the terminal anhydride group or by the reaction of a monofunctional anhydride or acid on the primary amine terminal group. The carbon fibres greased with this composition can be used to reinforce polymer matrices to form composite materials. The special greasing ensures improved adhesion between fibres and matrix, particularly in polyimide matrices.</p> |
