The process consists in placing a bag in a mould, forming a vacuum in the latter, connecting the bag to a reservoir with the liquid at atmospheric pressure and closing the entry orifice once the bag is filled. The installation comprises a rotary platform provided with a plurality of moulds, a central reservoir which contains the filling liquid, and means for forming the vacuum in the moulds, for connecting the moulds to the central reservoir and for applying a plug to the orifice of the bag once the latter has been filled. <IMAGE>
