发明名称 SYSTEM FOR DETECTING OPTICAL BEAM TRACKING ERROR SIGNAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the level of a signal light reaching a light receiving device for communication by obtaining an error signal for initial acquisition and for accurate acquisition/accurate acquisition on the system of the same axis, facilitating the adjustment of an error signal detection system and decreasing the beam splitter. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam with a large spread angle from a satellite of an opposite station is received by are satellite of its own station, reflected partly with a beam splitter(BS) 11 via a transmission/reception telescope 4a, a mirror 4e and a dichroic mirror 4f and the image is formed on a 2-dimensional sensor 15 via a BS 12 and lenses 13, 14. The output is inputted to a processor 1, compared with a signal representing the center position of the sensor 15. The error signal drives a laser transmitter/receiver 4 with a driving mechanism A3 via a controller A2, the image center of the laser beam is made coincident with the center of the sensor 15 to apply primary acquisition. Then a control signal is sent to a driving mechanism C17 via a controller C16 from the processor 1 to move the lenses 13, 14, thereby allowing the collimated luminous flux to irradiate the sensor 15 and forming interference fringes with the light from the laser devices 18, 19 and the error signal for accurate acquisition and re-tracing is obtained from the interval.
