Said improvements consist in incorporating into the welding process an entrainment stop which, by means of a tab 6 and of a diametral bolt 5, acts axially on the pieces 1 and 2 forming the anchoring, in order to ensure correct axial positioning and relative positioning between them. The hammer is in turn formed by means of two pieces 3 and 4 which are mutually electrically insulated in such a way that these pieces make contact respectively and exclusively with the pieces 1 and 2 of the anchoring, preventing, during the welding time, the production of a short circuit between electrodes and also via the actual rammer. <IMAGE>
