PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of data by using one or more terminal equipments containing the terminal control files, and a CPU containing a control part and a control file and connected to one or more terminal equipments via a circuit. CONSTITUTION:A control part 11 of a CPU 1 controls the stored data of a large quantity such as the image information, etc., and stores these data into a control file 12. At the same time, the data are stored in the terminal control files 61 and 62 of the terminal equipments 91 and 92. Then the operators of both equipments 91 and 92 request the output of those data, the data are read out of both files 61 and 62. Then these data are displayed and outputted. The data once registered are updated via the file 12 and at the same time transferred to the files 61 and 62 to be updated there. As a result, the data can be easily controlled.
