发明名称 ENZYME ELECTRODE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a measuring system which is smaller in size, easier to handle, shorter in response time, lesser uneveness in quality and simpler by forming a titanium nitride film on a base material, using a part thereof as a sensitive surface and coating this surface with an enzyme film. CONSTITUTION:The titanium nitride film 3 is formed on an insulating base material 2 and a lead wire 4 is connected to the terminal part 3a thereof. This part is then protected with a molding layer 5. The enzyme film 6 is formed in superposition on the sensitive part 3b of the film 3. The concn. of hydrogen ions increases and the potential of an electrode 1 with respect to the reference voltage thereof increases when the enzyme is immobilized to the film 6. The degree thereof corresponds to the concn. in a sample soln. The miniaturization of the electrode, the integration and the prevention of the inter-electrode interference at the time of the measurement of plural items are attained in this way. In addition, the construction is simplified, the fluctuation in individual characteristics is suppressed and the reliability is improved.
