<p>PURPOSE:To improve the workability of installing work of a steering wheel to a vehicle by making grasping members to hold the circumferential parts of the steering wheel movable separately coincidently to the outer form of the steering wheel. CONSTITUTION:By using a piston cylinder 218, moving bodies 215 are moved until one of plural grasping members (three members, for example) 224 is contacted to the outer circumference of a steering wheel 4, and then, the grasping members 224 are moved by a piston cylinder 225, and they are contacted to the outer circumference of the steering wheel 4 respectively. When the grasping members 224 are contacted, the delivery of the delivery force to the grasping members 224 is prevented by a delivery force absorbing device (spring), and at the same time, the grasping members 224 are fixed to the contact positions by a locking device. The steering wheel 4 is held by a grasping device 13, and fixed and installed to a specific position of a vehicle by a nut runner 14. In such a way, the working efficiency to install the steering wheel can be improved.</p> |
