<p>PURPOSE:To diagnose in advance whether an insulating spacer is deteriorated or not by monitoring the external stress acting on the insulating apacer at all times and by issuing an alarm immediately when the said stress exceeds a variation permissible value. CONSTITUTION:Signals outputted from strain gauges 21a and 21b and an ambient temperature sensor 22, which are a stress detector each, are stored into a storage part 23. In an arithmetic part 24 the data outputted from the strain gauge 21 is corrected by the data outputted from the ambient temperature sensor 22 and converted into a stress value in a normal temperature. In a decision part 25 the stress value measured this time in the normal temperature is compared and checked with the stress value in the normal temperature measured and stored when a switchgear was installed. An alarm is issued from an alarm output part 26 when the measured value this time skips the set limits against the vibration permissible value range decided by the material quality of the insulating spacer, etc.</p> |
