<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a fertilizer having a small water content, slightly solidified and readily transported by adjusting the water content of accumulated raw materials mainly comprising organic materials within a specific low range, fermenting the raw materials, mixing the fermented materials with chemical fertilizers and active carbon in specific amounts, respectively, and subsequently fermenting the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Accumulating raw materials mainly comprising organic materials are adjusted to a water content of 15-40%, accumulated and subsequently fermented for 5-15 days (the first fermentation process). The fermented product is mixed with 5-50% of chemical fertilizers and 1-20% of active carbon, accumulated and subsequently fermented for 5-15 days to prepare a fermented organic material fertilizer (the second fermentation process). The addition and mixture of the chemical fertilizers and the active carbon to the fermentation product prepared by the first fermentation process temporarily inhibits the fermentation of the first fermentation product, but the fermentation of the first fermentation product is again begun within a short time and the amount of microorganisms per unit weight is increased to several ten times that in the first fermentation process. Thereby, an organic material fertilizer having a small water content is prepared in a short time.</p> |
