PURPOSE:To obtain the titled vector capable of producing a protein originated from exogenote after the mass-culture, by using the yeast GAL7 promoter and the regulator gene existing at the upstream side thereof as the promotor site of the manifestation vector. CONSTITUTION:A yeast manifestation vector containing the base sequence of formula 5'-GCGCTCGG-3' (C is cytosine; G is guanine; T is thymine) (the upstream regulator region) is produced at the upstream side of the promoter region by using the yeast GAL7 (gene coding galactose monophosphate uridyltransferase) promoter and the regulator region existing at the upstream side thereof as the promoter site of the manifestation vector. The yeast manifestation vector can produce a protein originated from exogenote in a culture liquid containing galactose as a carbon source. |
