A cyclohexenone derivative of the formula (I) see diagramm : EP0162224,P11,F2 where R**1 is alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R**2 is alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, unsubstituted or halogen-substituted alkenyl of 3 to 5 carbon atoms or alkynyl of 3 to 5 carbon atoms, X is an isoxazol-5-yl radical which is substituted in the 3-position by halogen, C1 -C4 -alkyl, C3 -C7 -cycloalkyl, di-C1 -C4 -alkylamino, C1 -C4 -alkoxy, phenyl, phenoxy, phenyl substituted by halogen, C1 -C4 -alkyl, C1 -C4 -haloalkyl, or phenoxy substituted by halogen, C1 -C4 -alkyl or C1 -C4 -haloalkyl, and Z is hydrogen, methoxycarbonyl, ethoxycarbonyl, methyl or cyano, and the salts thereof.
