<p>The invention concerns a process for delivering and guniting moist, in particular earth-moist or scarcely earth-moist unplastified concrete mixture not containing hardening accelerator in diluted air current, characterized in that prior to guniting we prepare a mixture with a grain structure approaching the composition of the planned concrete and with a module surpassing the planned module, the mixture is gunited as a specimen onto the surface, on basis of the analysis of the gunited fresh concrete and fall-back, as a secondary approach we correct the starting mixture by adding the concrete falling back, wherein grain size is in the range 2ROOT d < dmin = 0.9 - 0.3, advantageously 2ROOT d < dmin </= 0.5, with the mixture thus obtained a secondary specimen is gunited to the surface, correlation of similarity between the two mixtures is started and at a value of 1.8 < 2 < 2.2 of the factor of similarity ( lambda ) actual guniting is performed.</p> |
