PURPOSE:To enhance productivity by shorting heating and cooling times to a large extent, by a method wherein a hydrogen-occluding alloy is embedded in a mold while the other hydrogen-occluding alloy equipped with heating and cooling means is arranged to the outside of the mold and an opening and closing valve is provided to a communication system to perform the movement of hydrogen between the hydrogen- occluding alloys and the mold is heated and cooled. CONSTITUTION:A fixed mold 10 and a movable mold 20 are heated by the heat generated from a hydrogen-occluding alloy MH1. Because hydrogen rapidly moves and the hydrogen-occluding alloy MH1 generates heat quickly, the fixed mold 10 and the movable mold 20 can be heated within a short time and, especially, a stamper 23 can be uniformly heated within a short time. Next, a molten resin is injected in a cavity 50 from the sprue 13a of the sprue bush 13 to fill said cavity 50 and an opening and closing valve V2 is opened in such a state that opening and closing valves V1, V3 are closed to communicate the hydrogen-occluding alloy MH1 with a hydrogen occluding alloy MH2. As a result, the hydrogen-occluding alloy MH1 releases hydrogen to generate endothermic action and the fixed mold 10 and the movable mold 20 are rapidly cooled and the molten resin is cooled to the temp. of the fixed mold 10 and the movable 20 and solidified. |
