PURPOSE:To prevent loosening of wheel and theft by assembling a loosening stopper/lock system constituted of inner tooth ring, electronic lock or cylinder lock and unlocking means in a cap nut in center wheel of car. CONSTITUTION:In a cap nut (N), small diameter section of cam 40 in lock body will usually contact against a roll 43 while a lock board 33 and tension nail 34 are projected from the lock body 24 through a spring 38. When turning the cap nut to the left, the nail chip 34 in the lockboard 33 will slide over the nail tooth 18 of inner tooth ring to release the lockboard 33 thus to rotate the cap nut (N) freely. While when rotating the cap nut (N) to the right, rotation is blocked through gearing of nail tooth 18 and nail chip 34 to prevent loosening during operation. Furthermore an electronic lock (L) will lock rotation of cap nut (N). With such arrangement, loosening of wheel and robbery can be prevented. |
