PURPOSE:To enhance box making accuracy by performing simple and accurate positioning and shortening the time required in set replacement by automatically performing the fine adjustment in the positioning of an upper guide prescribing the position of the fold of corrugated cardboard and a gauge belt correcting the dimension in a folding width direction. CONSTITUTION:The corrugated cardboard ruled and grooved in a slotter unit part A is fed to a folding unit part B and further fed to the vicinity of an upper guide 5 along the inclined surface of a bending belt 1 to be held between the belt 1 and the guide 5 and bent at a right angle along the rule. Subsequently, the bent cardboard is pressed from the upper surface thereof by the bending belt 1 to be folded into a box shape and the folding width thereof is corrected by a gauge belt 11. When the set replacement of the corrugated cardboard is performed, the rough positioning of the belt 1 and the guide 5 is performed on the basis of instruction of a computer 17 by driving a motor 31 and, after the belt 1, a belt 10 and the guide 5 are simultaneously moved, only the guide 5 and the gauge belt 11 are independently moved to perform fine adjustment. |
