PURPOSE:To cause resin not to remain in the cull of a top force surely by a method in which in molds opening, the fact that the pressurizing force of the plunger for a resin molded object is removed, is detected, and then the plunger is separated from the top force with a bottom force. CONSTITUTION:When the driving of a servo motor 38 is stopped by the stop signal Ss of a control device 47, a plunger 29 is kept in the state where the pressurizing force for a resin molded object is omitted, and a moving plate 24 is lowered with the transfer device 27 in the state where its driving is stopped. Consequently, the plunger 29 and a bottom force 26 are separated from a top force 25 in such manner that the plunger and the bottom force do not move relatively. That is to say, the plunger 29 and the bottom force 26 are integrally lowered, and then the whole resin product is separated from the top force 25 and remains in the bottom force 26. Accordingly, the resin molded object in a pot 31 is left in the state where it adheres to the plunger 29, and said adhesive amount is larger than that of the cull 33. |
