PURPOSE:To attain getting on and off a cage with no uncomfortable feeling by providing a ventilating means, which ventilates air in the cage to a lift path of an elevator, and actuating a detecting means by the cage arriving at a riding floor, stopping and opening a door thus energizing a control means actuating the ventilating means. CONSTITUTION:A ventilator fan 2 is actuated in a condition that a cage 1 is stopped in a riding spot in a certain floor opening a door 3 of the cage 1 and a door 5 of the riding spot, and a control device judges by detecting signals of temperature sensors 6, 7 for whether or not a difference between an air temperature theta deg.2 in the cage and an air temperature theta deg.3 in a riding spot hall is not less than a predetermined value theta deg.. In case of the differential temperature not loss than the predetermined value, the control device increases an exhaust amount from inside the cage 1 by the ventilator fan 2. When the exhaust amount is increased, the air temperature theta deg.2 in the cage 1 is decreased by a sucking into the cage 1 a large amount of cooled air from the riding spot hall at the time of its room cooling. When the cage 1 is started in its running after closing the doors 3, 5, it is detected by a detecting means to decrease the exhaust amount by the ventilator fan 2 to a lift path. |
