<p>PURPOSE:To omit a return spring for driving a piston backward by employing a supply valve mechanism driven to open a valve with a movable valve body at the time of valve closure of a valve opening-closing mechanism to connect a return action working chamber to a fluid supply port, and driven to close a valve with a spring at the time of valve opening of the valve opening-closing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized air is supplied to and discharged from a reciprocal action chamber 25 of a reciprocal actuator AC with a switching valve mechanism 30 and a control valve mechanism 60 synchronously with the reciprocal action of a piston 22. With a valve opening-closing mechanism 70 and a supply valve mechanism 71, a return action working chamber 26 is connected to a discharge chamber 5 when the piston 22 drives forward, and connected to a pressurized air supply passage 33 when the piston 22 drives backward. The piston 22 repeats reciprocal action continuously, a plunger 24 at the end of an output rod 23 repeats reciprocal action continuously in a plunger bore 15, and a main body of a hydraulic pump PC repeats suction, compression, and discharge of oil continuously. Because the piston 22 is driven backward with pressurized air, a return spring therefor is omitted.</p> |
