PURPOSE:To manufacture a molded article having no bubble by removing completely an initial flow portion having the bubble by providing a sump of the initial flow portion having large capacity than a collision mixing chamber between the collision mixing chamber and a cavity. CONSTITUTION:omega-Lactam containing an alkaline catalyst and omega-lactam containing an auxiliary catalyst are supplied from pipes 10, 11, collision and mixing are performed in a collision mixing chamber 13, and an initial flow portion of said mixed liquid is discharged into a sump 3 of the initial flow portion through a passage 9 of raw materials of a directional control valve 6 set up in the direction of the sump 3 of the initial flow portion. Then passages 7, 8 of the raw materials are made to communicate with each other by making the directional control valve 6 turn and the mixed molten omega-lactam is injected into a cavity 1, through which polymerization is completed. A reactive injection-molded article having no bubble is obtained as the initial flow portion containing the bubble is discharged into the sump 3 of the initial flow portion. Capacity of the sump of the initial flow portion is made into 1-30 times of that of the collision mixing chamber. |
