发明名称 REINFORCED STRUCTURE FOR GEARBOX
摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve a large increase of rigidity with a simple structure as aiming at the promotion of lightweightiness by forming each rib along a load direction making each reaction force of both first and second gears act on a peripheral edge of these shaft supporting parts of a gearbox. CONSTITUTION:Ribs 50, 52 and 54, 56 almost along the load direction of load acting on each supporting part of an input shaft 12 and a main shaft 14 by load by each meshing reaction of an input gear 16 and a main gear 18 toward a thick part 10a from boss parts 20, 22 supporting the input shaft 12 and the main shaft 14 are formed to be flush with the thick part 10a. In consequence, since the working direction of load by the meshing reaction being produced in each meshing part of the input gear 16 and the main gear 14 is reinforced by these ribs 50, 52 and 54, 56, rigidity of a trans-axle housing in these load directions can be sharply increased.
