PURPOSE:To make work be effective, working time be shorter, and reduce the workers by providing a second pressure roll for expansion and a first pressure roll for infiltration and defoaming upon expanding, infiltrating and deforming a material consisting of liquid resin supplied on a fundamental body and a fibrous reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION:A first and second pressure rolls 3, 4 are put on a molding material C, and a rolling apparatus 1 is placed on the molding material C in defining an advancing direction, and then each pressure roll 3, 4 is rolled for running the rolling apparatus 1. In the second pressure roller 4 mounted on the front side thereof, it rolls on the infiltrated and defoamed molding material C with the result that the liquid resin P is expanded uniformly. In the first pressure roller 3, a rod 9a mainly constituting a mesh 9 being high in the surface pressure of the outer peripheral surface, namely, protrusions 11 press glass fiber G, thereby infiltrating liquid resin P into the glass fiber G sufficiently. In this fashion, by running merely the rolling apparatus 1, the liquid resin P supplied on the molding surface L1 is expanded, and a process of infiltrating the liquid resin P into the glass fiber G and of defoaming it can be done once. |
