PURPOSE:To prevent a phenomenon of perfect or excess kneading and to obtain a good marble pattern by providing projectedly a flange part introducing a raw material transferred from an upstream side into an inlet part of a raw material transferring path on a plurality of screws and providing a hopper for a main raw material on a heating cylinder part just on the down stream side of the flange part. CONSTITUTION:When injection molding is performed, a shutter of a hopper 3 for a side raw material is opened and a shutter of a hopper 4 for a main raw material is closed and the first screw A is rotated. The side raw material 10 enters into a screw groove 6 of the first screw A and it is transferred forward and melted. Then, it is stopped at a flange part B1 of the second screw B and is sent into a path C for transferring the raw material through an inlet part C1. After a definite time, when the side raw material 10 reaches an outlet part C2, the shutter of the hopper 4 for the main raw material is opened. Then, the main raw material 11 is entered in a screw groove 7 of the second screw B and is transferred and melted under a condition where it is completely separated from the side raw material 10. |
