PURPOSE:To avoid the succession of processing due to the retrial in error and the extension of failure, by making successful the retrial through the comparison of the result of operations in a plurality times not causing mechanical failure and the agreement of them. CONSTITUTION:The retrial processor 1 consists of the instruction address and the shunt register for operand data, the counter 2 counts the retrail circuit in success, and the registers 8 and 9 hold the result of operation of retrial. If a mechanical failure is taken place, the unit 1 performs the retrial of instruction and the result of operation is shunted to the registers 8 and 9 if the mechanical failure is not again caused. Further, when the data is set to the registers 8 and 9, the comparator 12 compares the data on the signal lines 10 and 11. If they are in agreement, FF14 is set and the success of retrial is reported. Thus, the process is succeeded with the retrial in error to avoid the extension of failure. |
