PURPOSE:To prevent caking phenomena in production process and to form combined salt having excellent flavor in production process of a table salt composition by blending combined salt with a specific anti-caking agent. CONSTITUTION:A combined salt composition comprising sodium chloride, potassium chloride and magnesium sulfate as a healthy, functional salt is blended with 0.1-30wt.% mixture of calcium salt of organic acid, sucrose fatty acid ester and calcium carbonate. Calcium gluconate is preferable as the calcium salt of organic acid and sucrose monofatty acid ester is preferable as the sucrose fatty acid ester. |
