<p>PURPOSE:To allow blood and blood components to flow out smoothly and prevent the mixing of blood corpuscle when blood plasma is discharged, by constituting a blood bag from a bag body, liquid introducing tube and the mouth part of a cylindrical body charged with communication pieces and forming a liquid flow-out port in tapered form in the sealing part at the upper edge part of the bag body. CONSTITUTION:A blood bag 1 is used for the preservation of blood and separation of components, and is constituted of a bag body 2, liquid introducing tube 3 installed into the upper part of the bag body 2, cylindrical body 8 having a communication piece 6 installed, and a mouth part 5, and a liquid effluence port 9 in tapered form is formed in a seal part 7 at the upper edge part of the bag body 2. By the formation of the liquid effluence port 9 in tapered form in the seal part 7, blood and the blood components flow out smoothly free from the generation of turbulent flow, and the staying blood is prevented. Further, since the staying blood is dropped inside the bag by the centrifugal separation, erythrocytes and blood plasma are perfectly separated, and the mixing of blood corpuscle can be prevented, when blood plasma is discharged.</p> |
