PURPOSE:To attain to reduce the number of a mold clamping apparatus and to enhance heat efficiency, by compensating a part of mold clamping force by the wt. of a stacked mold while performing the heating of the mold by passing the same through a vulcanization chamber. CONSTITUTION:Molds 7 are stacked in the chimney shaped vulcanization chamber 2a provided in a vulcanization tower 2 in an up-and-down direction. The mold 7 protruded above the vulcanization chamber 2a is fallen by a mold falling apparatus to take a vulcanized rubber molded product. In addition, all molds 7 in the vulcanization chambers 2a are upwardly pushed up by a mold push-up apparatus and a new mold 7 is inserted from a mold insert port 201. In the next step, a pressure plate 61 is downwardly lowered by a mold clamping apparatus 6 and mold clamping force is acted on all molds 7. In this apparatus, the mold clamping of a plurality of the molds is enabled by one mold clamping apparatus 6 while heat required in vulcanization is supplied from the inner wall surface of the vulcanization tower 2 and heat can be efficiently used by efficiently insulating the outer peripheral surface thereof. |
