NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I [R<1> is 1-8C alkyl, 3-6C cycloalkyl, alkoxy, methoxymethyl, benzyl, naphthyl, unsubstituted or substituted phenyl; R<2>, R<3> are H, methyl; R<4> is carboxymethyl, sulfo, methanesulfonyl; R<5>, R<6> are H, halogen, OH, methylthio, methylsulfinyl, methyl; wave line is syn or anti type], its salt or solvate. EXAMPLE:Potassium 7-chloro-1-(2, 4-dichlorobenzoyl)-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinoline-4- oxime-O-sulfonate. USE:Diuretic, hypotensor, antihydropic, ascites remover. PREPARATION:A compound of formula II is converted with hydroxylamine into 4-oxime and the product is allowed to react with sulfur trioxide complex or halogenated phosphoric acid ester, when desired, followed by hydrolysis, to give the compound of formula I. |
