<p>PURPOSE:To let the same magnetic attraction act entirely by disassembling a clutch plate of a magnetic clutch into an inner ring and an outer ring, connecting both inner and outer rings to each other through a spring, and setting each magnetic attraction of both outer and inner circumferential parts to sameness. CONSTITUTION:In a clutch plate of a magnetic clutch, a ring part 41 forming an outer ring and another ring part 43 forming an inner ring are connected to each other through a spring 63. A flange 13 is clamped to a driver shaft of a compressor and connected to a clutch plate with a plate spring 10. A conventional clutch plate is constituted of one plate is substance, and the same magnetic attraction will not act on the whole surface due to heat deformation or the like, there are many cases that each magnetic attraction of both outer and inner circumferential parts differs, but according to this constitution, any deformation in the clutch is absorbed by the spring 63 so that the same magnetic attraction works entirely.</p> |
