PURPOSE:To obtain a high-accuracy mechanical filter featuring the easy manufacture by securing the connection for two pieces of connectors including the differential connector only on the single surface and vertically to the mechanical oscillator and furthermore securing the same oscillation type for a pair of oscillators. CONSTITUTION:The mechanical oscillators of both the input and output sides are distributed so that the directions of the longer axes may be parallel virtually to each other. And the odd or even order oscillation is secured for both oscillators. Then, connector 26 and differential connector 26' are installed between the both oscillators to transmit the signals in the same and opposite phases respectively. |
