<p>PURPOSE:To easily attain the connection to a next stage without using a bias circuit by providing a differential amplifier circuit, 1st - 3rd current loading circuits and an output relieving circuit, thereby converting and outputting a triangle wave symmetrical to a center line. CONSTITUTION:When a square wage is inputted to the base of a transistor(TR) Q1 being an input terminal, a capacitor C1 is charged up with a 1st current loading circuit 2 composed of TRs Q3, Q4 when the input is at a high level. Moreover, when the input is at a low level, the charge in the capacitor C1 is discharged from a 2nd current load circuit 3 composed of TRs Q5, Q6 and a 3rd current load circuit 4 composed of TRs Q7, Q8. Then a triangle wave symmetrical to the center line is outputted via the output relieving circuit 5 composed of TRs Q9, Q10 through charge/discharge. That is, the bias voltage of an output terminal and the voltage of an input terminal are operated to be always the same and the asymmetry of the triangle wave at the output due to the DC voltage fluctuation of the input voltage is eliminated and the connection to a next stage is facilitated without using any bias circuit.</p> |
