<p>PURPOSE:To detect an abnormality at the spot thereby to save labor and raise efficiency for the checking work by providing a data controlling apparatus and a portable apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A data managing apparatus A is provided with a data base managing unit 1, a data selecting unit 2, a data transmitting unit 3 and a data receiving unit 4. A portable apparatus B is provided with a data receiving unit 5, a data writing unit 6, a display unit 7, an input unit 8, a data storing unit 9 and a data transmitting unit 10. When the apparatus A selects a device to be checked, corresponding inputting format, data of previous values, data of managing values and diagnosing logic are automatically selected and sent to the apparatus B. The apparatus B in turn reads the inputting format, data of the previous values, data of the managing values and diagnosing logic. Accordingly, when the apparatus B is carried to the spot and the checking data is input in accordance with the indicated inputting format, the diagnosis is automatically made through comparison with the data of the previous values based on the permissible range of the data of the managing values.</p> |
