PURPOSE:To weld and join with a high accuracy a junction part of a sleeve member and a cylindrical part by combining the sleeve member and the cylindrical part of a member for holding said member and placing them on a supporting base, and irradiating a laser beam in a state that the supporting base has been rotated. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve member 14 is placed in a state that it has been fitted and inserted into a holding member 12 and its cylindrical part 12a, on a supporting base 3. In a state that the supporting base 3 has been rotated through a gear mechanism 2, a laser beam X is irradiated from a torch holder 4 which has been placed in the outside of a junction part, and the junction part of the sleeve member 14 and the cylindrical part 12a is melted, and joined and fixed. According to this method, a junction state which is excellent in its airtightness and joining strength is obtained. |
