PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet having a finely corrugated, satinfinished and mat surface in a simple processing by a method wherein the surface of base material is coated with the mixture obtained by adding foaming agent to plastisol with a high melt viscosity and the base material is melted and expanded. CONSTITUTION:First, the plastisol obtained by gelling vinyl chloride resin with plasticizer in conditions of melting and foaming temperatures is adjusted so that the melt viscosities in constitutions excluding the foaming agent and the diluent take 3X10<4>-10X10<4> poises, then, the foaming agent is contained in the plastisol. Then, the plastisol containing said foaming agent is applied onto the base material as the 1st layer, then, melted at the temperature at which the foaming agent does not decompose. Subsequently, if necessary, after the 1st layer is hardened, the 2nd and the following layers are laminated and finally the plastisol in the 1st layer is heated at the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent of plastisol in the 1st layer and the plastisol in the 1st layer is expanded to obtain the desired sheet. |
