PURPOSE:To obtain a stable predicted value by adding the water demand quantity fluctuation value for prescribed days in the future fuzzy-inferred based on a water demand fluctuation predicted model to a water demand quantity pattern consisting of a water demand mean value in units of a prescribed time for the prescribed days in the past. CONSTITUTION:The water demand quantity fluctuation predicted model for one day in the future is prepared by a water demand fluctuation predicted model preparing means 3 based on past data, and the water demand quantity fluctuation for one day in the future is fuzzy-inferred with respect to a real input based on the predicted model by a fuzzy inference means 7. In addition, based on the water demand quantity record value for one day in the past in a water supply process 14, the water demand quantity mean value in units of one hour is calculated by a data processing means 9, and by adding the water demand quantity fluctuation value for one day in the future inferred by the fuzzy inference means 7 to the water demand pattern for one day in the past calculated by the data processing means 9 by means of a water demand prediction arithmetic means 11, the water demand quantity predicted value in units of one hour can be calculated for one day in the future. |
